A blessed Sunday to you and yours.
Day 21 of 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
A habit has been formed.
No worries though, I have another challenge for all of you♥
lol…just wait and see♥
Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
Philippians 4:6-7The Message (MSG)
A blessed Saturday to you and yours.
Day 20 of 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
I think of God’s love for each of us.
He’s protecting us, trusting that the good work that He has started in us, He WILL complete, He has high hopes for us and is always persevering in our lives. His love never fails us.
When it seems like all of this is too much or you can’t see the truth in that, it’s because you have your eyes not on Him for elsewhere!~ Like focusing on the negative circumstances your dealing with.
Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:7-8
A blessed Friday to you and yours.
More blessings than curses♥
Day 19 of 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
Don’t know about any of you that have been on this challenge with me, but I’m finding this last stretch to the finish line getting a bit tough.
I’m also praising God because I see how much stronger (even through some tears) I am at letting the negativity go♥
They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.” ~ Psalm 112:7-8 NLT
A blessed Wednesday to you and yours.
I keep wanting to write what’s on the agenda…lol
Day 17 of the 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
So I noticed a few things about negativity.
Pain and negative thoughts can go hand in hand if I let it.
Negative circumstances and relationships can also go hand in hand if I let it.
I’m not letting it anymore…..
If the Lord hand not helped me, I would have died in a minute. I said, “I am about to fall, but, Lord, Your love kept me safe.” I was very worried but You comforted me and made me happy. Psalm 94:17-19
A blessed Thursday to you and yours.
Day 18 of the 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
It’s been such an eye opener this challenge for me.
Thoughts, words and actions.
The more you process negative thinking the more you speak negative and than follows the negative behavior.
When you choose to think positive thoughts (why is it easier for you to believe worse case scenario than a better outcome?), your words become sweeter, your actions are filled with vitality and strength and you begin to see your circumstances changing…..
Remember, a few of you are fasting with me for 40 weeks, from foreboding thoughts (false assumptions and premonitions of evil tidings). Let’s starve those suckers to death!~
“For I alone know the plans I have for you,”says the Lord. “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
A blessed Tuesday to you and yours.
Day 16 of 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
Want to share something I wrote a few years back…
Not sure about you but when I am upset, when I am hurt, when I’ve calmed down from the anger, I want to eat.
What’s the right thing to do?
By the way, doing the right thing is hard, a lot harder then allowing our emotions to take control of us.
I’ve lived far too long in a negative life style.
Kindness and peace.
A binding agreement and God’s promise to the human race.
I talk so much about love, respect and honor.
Towards God, myself and others.
Whoever tries to live right and be loyal finds life, success and honor. Proverbs 21:21
A blessed Monday to you and yours.
Day 15 of the 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
Almost a week left to get to the finish line.
Need more encouragement to keep going?
Even when we think we can’t go on, we get that ‘second wind’…
Isaiah 40:31The Voice (VOICE)
But those who trust in the Eternal One will regain their strength.
They will soar on wings as eagles.
They will run—never winded, never weary.
They will walk—never tired, never faint.
Each and every day I cover myself and loved ones in Psalm 25.
Today my eyes were focused on some of my own writings.
*giant of financial debt trying to steal, kill and destroy. May 4/15
*out of the RED. (used a red dot) June 14/15
*found out our bills are larger than our income. July 10/15
Today I sensed the Holy Spirit nudge me to write these words…
God is BIGGER. July 18/15
This challenge from negativity is challenging me to focus not only on what I’m thinking, but speaking, writing, and behaving.
How are you making out?
A blessed Saturday to you and yours.
Day 13 of 21 Day Challenge from negativity.
Just got back in from walking around the back yard and taking pictures for my posts.
Honestly, this morning I was having a hard time figuring out what I was to write.
I wrote a comment to a warrior on my last post with the Collective Evolution photo and thought this is what I need to share here for Day 13.
“We keep our minds on the offense, we miss all the blessings that Abba has in mind for us. Our eyes are on the offense and we can’t see or find any good because we are so focused on the offense….the ‘did me wrong’, the ‘injustice’, the ‘this is not fair’….”
I need to remind myself to stay focused.
Psalm 28:6-9The Voice (VOICE)
The Eternal should be honored and revered;
He has heard my cries for help.
The Eternal is the source of my strength and the shield that guards me.
When I learn to rest and truly trust Him,
He sends His help. This is why my heart is singing!
I open my mouth to praise Him, and thankfulness rises as song.
The Eternal gives life and power to all His chosen ones;
to His anointed He is a sturdy fortress.
Rescue Your people, and bring prosperity to Your legacy;
may they know You as a shepherd, carrying them at all times.
I haven’t done any posts on homemaking lately because of the 21 Day Challenge from negativity that I started.
Thought today was a perfect day to start another one.
“Truly enjoying my time at Home.”
If you been following along long enough with me, you know I call it like it is.
Right now some are struggling with enjoying their time at home.
That’s a problem.
It’s not something that you just ‘live with’.
I’ve seen pictures of where these young women were held captive for 10 years by their captor and abuser, one of them even giving birth to his child.
What struck me the most from those pictures were how each young woman made their little space, their ‘prison’ as pretty and bright with pictures, and writings on the wall.
I thought to myself about how blessed we were to be free to come and go from our own homes.
How blessed we are to make our homes an enjoyable place to be.
It takes enjoyable work to make your house a home.
It’s worth all the hard work♥
