I noticed that it was 8 pm. and commented out loud  that I couldn’t believe it was already 8 pm.

“Isn’t it past your bed time?” hubby’s comment.

My oldest son came into the doorway of my bedroom  the other night and said, ‘Your up. Isn’t it past your bed time?”.

As soon as I post this, I’m heading downstairs to get a load out of the dryer to fold and put away.

Need to pack up and store some fresh banana muffins.

Hubby and I went grocery shopping today. TWICE.

We not only survived but we thrived.

Healthy coping skills. Joy full moments. Over look the hot headed one ( the anger crazed woman driver in the parking lot..what the heck??) and have a new bed time.

Finding joy, walking in joy and experiencing joy is not something that comes easily.

The spirit of joy comes quietly at first, so we can miss it when there is a lot of chaos around us.

The joy of the Lord is my strength. Nehemiah 8:10

blessings, angela
