If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m a morning person.

I try to subdue the enthusiasm because not everyone is a morning person.

My husband for one…lol♥

So what’s on the agenda today?

It’s my baby brother’s birthday today!~

Peter is 50 years old. We are twins now till my birthday in April when I turn 51♥

Another day off from Walmart and another day doing the Cinderella Workout.

Planning on taking two walks today, God willing.

First one was with my bff♥ I think it’s been close to two weeks since we last walked together.

I’m past 21 days of walking. It’s a habit now…

All I’m doing is thinking that next Monday at this time I’m back on FACEBOOK.

Actually, I will be working at this time but you get the picture..♥

I slept in today. Till 9 a.m.

Haven’t done that in quite a while.

The plan for today is doing the “Cinderella Workout”.

Hard core deep cleaning on the home front today folks.

Any special plans?

Thanks for those of you that prayed for me yesterday to have the energy to keep on  going.

Up at 5 a.m. and resting by 10pm.

Long day, busy day, hard day but a good day and night.

More laughter, more peace, and facing all those fears and rising!~♥

God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:8

For some of you it’s your weekend.

Others, like myself it’s ‘another day in the neighborhood’…lol

Off to work in a few with hubby driving me.

I’m hoping once the weather and it is light outside , riding my bike to work.♥

Later this evening it’s a dinner banquet with family and friends.

Pray for energy  and strength since it’s an early day for me and into a later evening.

Don’t want to turn into a wallflower..LOL

As Spring is here and changes are evident everywhere.

That’s life, that’s us.

Always changing.

Far too many of us have fought change because we believe we were losing control.

It sure felt like it didn’t it?

Change is good, change is healthy.

So I’m learning to ‘let it go, and shake, shake it off’..LOL♥

I’m so excited!

I’m thankful for this time here at Free Spirit Haven and for the connections that have been formed with other bloggers.

I’m so thankful for ‘running’ into their paths, linking arm in arm with them on this journey of life.

I’m grateful for their messages of love, respect and honor.

When a person who is dealing with mental health shares their heart, it is like throwing a life preserve  to someone else who is drowning.

Heart to heart. Linked arm in arm, shield to shield.

Someone asked me privately on Face book yesterday, ‘how do you stay so damn positive’.

My reply, “Cause I know Whose my Daddy”..lol♥

Let’s start taking ownership for our own behavior.

So what are the plans for your day looking like?

My goodness gracious, I gotta get my buns of steel in gear here.

Bev is picking me up in 15 minutes♥

Just got the message now when I went to The Sacrificial Diet  to post my devotional, and noticed in my notifications her message to me.

So what’s my message to you?

Well Barb put up a tag the other day about not complaining for 24 hours.

My sons pointed out to me that I wasn’t doing a very good job of it the other day.

So I’m going to try again today.
