DAY 17 OF THANKFULNESS

206727_10152381435935640_1920641675_n

I’m thankful that I’m surrounded by such mighty warrior princess sisters, daughters of the most high God.

I’m thankful that I am linked arm in arm, shield to shield with them.

I’m thankful that we gather around one another, lifting up those that are down, that are in need of comfort, strength and prayer.

I’m thankful and so very blessed to know that I am not alone.

I am loved, I am cherished. I’m valued.

God said so.

I’m thankful for each of you that are a part of my story in this life.

I’m thankful for each of you and that I’m a part of your story in this life.

As I said to a customer, “I may only be one page on your  story, but I hope it will be with blessings and not curses’.

I’m thankful for God’s love that never tires, and never gives up.

What are you thankful for?

DAY 16 OF THANKFULNESS.

IMG_0001

I’m thankful for these wise words from a warrior:

I thank God for all the brokenness in my life, though I did not understand it at the time, all you could feel was pain. But the brokenness, lead to something new and better. I love how God uses the message of pruning, cutting off. It hurts but it leads to life , better growing, before… yeah your alive but barely, for the other parts of your vine and branches are sucking the life out of you. So God cuts off the bad, so you can grow, to become the best version of yourself.

I’m thankful for these wise words from Melody Beattie:

When you find yourself rescuing, watch for the role and mood shifts. When you catch yourself feeling resentful or used, figure out how you rescued.  Practice non-rescuing behaviors: Say no when you want to say no. Do things you want to do. Refuse to guess what people want and need; instead insist that others ask you directly for what they want and need from you. Begin to ask directly for what you want and need. Refuse to assume other people’s responsibilities. When you initially stop taking care of people who are used to having you take care of them, they may become angry or frustrated. You’ve changed the system, rocked the boat. It means more work for them, and they can’t use you anymore. Explain to them what you are doing, and allow them to be responsible for their feelings. They may thank you for it later. They may even surprise you – sometimes the people we thought least able to take care of themselves, can, when we stop taking care of them.

I’m thankful to God’s Word:

Proverbs 29:25The Message (MSG)

25 The fear of human opinion disables;
    trusting in God protects you from that.

What are you thankful for?

DAY TWELVE OF THANKFULNESS

My Crown

Something good is going to happen to me today.

Something good is going to happen through me today.

Joyce Meyer encourages us to speak these words over our lives and our loved ones.

I’m thankful for the 40 Weeks Fasting from Foreboding Thoughts (false assumptions and premonitions of evil tidings).

We are on Week Thirty-Four on my Face book page.

I’m thankful for this time in Lent.

I’m thankful that I am committed to post thankfulness each day.

I told my life coach today that what I really want to do is just moan and groan.

So 40 days of giving thanks…it’s a good thing♥

DAY ELEVEN OF THANKFULNESS

002

I’m so thankful that I am still up and not in bed.

I will be going to bed very soon but this is the first night in two weeks that I’m still up at this time and not in bed.

I”m thankful for God’s Word….

I bless God every chance I get;
my lungs expand with his praise.
I live and breathe God;
if things aren’t going well, hear this and be happy:
Join me in spreading the news;
together let’s get the word out.
God met me more than halfway,
he freed me from my anxious fears.
Look at him; give him your warmest smile.
Never hide your feelings from him.
When I was desperate, I called out,
and God got me out of a tight spot.
God’s angel sets up a circle
of protection around us while we pray.
Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see—
how good God is.
Blessed are you who run to him.
Worship God if you want the best;
worship opens doors to all his goodness.Psalm 34:1-9

DAY TEN OF THANKFULNESS

206727_10152381435935640_1920641675_n

Thankful for this day.

Thankful for the two hour nap I had.

Thankful I am listening to my body and allowing it to rest instead of pushing it to breaking point.

Thankful that my husband supports me when I’m having my naps and makes sure I get the rest I need.

Thankful that I was able to get all ready for a night out with family and friends instead of staying in bed.

Thankful for winning prizes, thankful for laughter, for good food, conversation and that I made it till 11:15 pm. ♥

I’m in awe over that one..lol♥

Thankful for God’s love in my life.

What about you? What are you thankful for?

BRUTALLY HONEST

Elimination Diet

A dialogue between a warrior princess sister, daughter of the most high God and I.

My comment:

((hugs))

I believe in being honest and sometimes being brutally honest is what helps me because it helps me get out of the pit of denial.

I told Abba I’m tired of fighting, tired of battling so hard for SO long…it’s been 8 years with job loss and financial struggles…and three years in chronic pain.

I was sad but I had to tell Him “I hate my life, I hate my life, I hate my life”, I said to Him(just Him, not my family..I’ve done that too before but it’s not between my family and I, or friends and I)..

It’s between God and me because the enemy has me by the throat….I praise God that this is JUST a season and I KNOW He will help me through and out…right now, we do what we can do and just rest in Him until He says..”MOVE forward”…((hugs)) know your loved and prayed for and thanking God for bringing us together.
