Today it feels like a ‘strain’ to post…lol….LOL….

Oh my gosh, that burst of laughter did me good!~

It is not the easiest thing to do each day to write in a paper journal, let alone an online journal. Where there are others reading what you have just poured out of your heart!~

Sorta makes me feel like I’m standing naked. I’ve expose my heart. Another fasting chick said it’s a ‘naked fasting chick journal’..LOL….

Positive Affirmation:

Every day in every way, I am becoming more and more successful on this journey of wholeness and health. Mind. Body. Spirit. I feel successful with my life right now, even as I work toward future success. When I breath, I inhale confidence and exhale timidity.

I approve of myself and love myself deeply and completely. I am unique. I feel good about being alive and being me.I fill my mind with positive and nourishing thoughts. My body is healing, and I feel better and better every day.I enjoy exercising my body and strengthening my muscles. With every breath out, I release stress in my mind, body and spirit.

My fasting was 19 hours and 5 hours of feasting. Let’s say I grazed like a cow. lol…..Just calling it like it is!~

How are you doing on this journey of life? You ready for a change? Are you tired of being sick and tired? I’m here for you.
